Andrew Libraty

Andrew Libraty serves as Deputy Chief of Staff where he oversees operations for the Secretary and supports the Department’s intergovernmental and legislative affairs teams.

Andrew brings a background in political operations and advocacy to the Department from experiences in non-profits, political campaigns, and the federal government.

He earned his B.A. from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
