DVMF Announces Statewide Listening Tour

Veterans and military families invited to share their experiences, needs and recommendations

ANNAPOLIS, Md. — The Maryland Department of Veterans and Military Families’ Women Veterans and Inclusion Program will host a series of listening sessions across the state to hear directly from veterans and military families.

The Veterans and Military Families Listening Tour will provide participants with an opportunity to discuss access to federal and state benefits, housing and homelessness, health and mental health services, employment and education opportunities, community support and other needs affecting Maryland’s military-connected communities.

Veterans and military family members are encouraged to attend the session most convenient for them. Registration is requested. To register, visit WVIP Events Page.

Listening sessions will be held on the following dates:

• Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 10 a.m. to noon
